The internal panel doors are exceptionally well made as 4 panel doors and use mortise and tenon joint in all corners and removable Solid Oak Panels in all doors which can be glazed (glazing is optional). Small extras such as floating oak panels, which are removable and mortise and tenon joint are made available.

2. Oak Ledge and Brace Doors- We at Cottage Doors offer Ledge Doors that are made from Natural Grade Solid Oak with Fixed Width Boards and use Tongue and Groove Construction with a Beaded Profile for something really special. These doors are also commonly known as Brace and Ledge doors, Barn Doors, Farmhouse Doors, Cottage Doors. Brace and ledge doors really add that special cottage feeling to a barn without making them look too dated.  Ledge and Brace Doors can be easily customised and are supplied unfinished, ready for final finishing. Treatex Hardwax Oils are used to oil all internal doors as shown on our website.

3. Oak Suffolk Door Frame and Ledge- Oak Suffolk Doors are made from Solid European Oak and these have a very clean design. Each Oak Suffolk door is handcrafted with standard height of 6'6" and a thickness of 35mm and has a V-Groove between the Oak boards, with our usual Mortise and Tenon Frame construction. What makes our Suffolk doors really stand out from other suppliers is the quality, which we ensure, that it sets a benchmark in the competitive market. 4. Oak Ledged Barn Cottage Style Doors-Cottage Doors are made using Solid Oak boards to construct a simple ledge door. These Barn doors are constructed using tongue and groove boards with a very attractive pencil bead, to give these ledge doors a real period door look. All our Oak Internal Doors are 6'6" (1981mm) high. Every Cottage Door is handmade using Natural Grade Solid European Oak and is supplied unfinished because we at Cottage Doors understand the personal requirements of each of its customers and the emotions behind building and maintaining their homes.

5. Mexicano Doors- Solid Oak Contemporary Doors are handcrafted to the highest standard using traditional techniques such as mortise and tenon joints. These contemporary doors are a very popular design which is well suited for modern and contemporary houses. These are similar in design to well known Mexicano and Canute Internal doors. 6. Old Antique Reproduction Doors- Old Oak Antique Reproduction Cottage Doors are made from new Oak that has been aged to give a very authentic rustic finished look. This rustic finished product looks as if it is made from Reclaimed Oak boards and easily resembles a genuine Antique door from a period property. All doors are made from 3 large and very random width boards which are held together with tongue and groove technique. Large knots are patched with wood while smaller knots and shakes can be filled with beeswax during finishing. Once the doors are finished we often get customers calling to let us know not only how great they look in their period property but just how many of their friends think that these are genuine antique doors from a period property and simply do not believe that they are in fact Antique reproduction doors.
